Hi, I’m Cullen, a qualified personal trainer living with hidden disabilities of epilepsy and chronic fatigue syndrome. My journey with fitness hasn’t been straightforward, and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping others. Living with a condition that isn’t immediately visible to the outside world has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of listening to your body.

Hidden disabilities can impact daily life in ways people don’t always see. They can affect energy levels, confidence, and even how others perceive you, but they also build strength in ways that aren’t measured by weights or reps – strength in patience, determination, and finding creative solutions. My own experiences have shaped the way I coach, I understand that progress looks different for everyone, and I design programmes that are flexible, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.
