No Refund Policy

1. Introduction

We appreciate your choice in selecting Cullen Bray Coaching for your personal training needs. To ensure transparency and manage our limited cash flow effectively, we have established this no refund policy.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All payments for our personal training services are non-refundable.

2.2 Payment is required in full before the commencement of any training sessions or services.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, we require at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund.

3.2 In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule or provide a suitable replacement session. If no suitable arrangement can be made, you will be entitled to a refund for that particular session.
